MenuPi engages the third-party sub-processors below to help deliver the Services. We publish updates to this list when sub-processors are added, removed, or materially changed.

Overview

A sub-processor is a third party that MenuPi engages to help operate the Services. We keep this list current so customers can audit who touches their data and where.

Each sub-processor is bound by written terms requiring confidentiality, security commitments, and processing of personal data only on documented instructions, consistent with the MenuPi DPA.

How We Notify You of Changes

Customers on a written DPA can subscribe to sub-processor change notifications by emailing legal@menupi.com. We aim to provide at least 30 days notice for additions or material changes, during which Customers may object on reasonable grounds.
