Pricing FAQs
What counts as a "screen"?
A screen is any display running MenuPi content. One TV = one screen. If you have 5 TVs showing the same menu, that is 5 screens.
How does the volume discount work?
It auto-applies based on your active screen count. 5+ screens = 5% off. 20+ = 10%. 50+ = 15%. 100+ = 20%. No code, no negotiation.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we will prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) or ACH bank transfer for annual plans. Enterprise customers can request invoicing.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20%. Annual plans stack with the volume discount — both apply automatically.
What happens after my trial ends?
If you do not add a payment method, your account goes into read-only mode. Your designs are saved, but screens will not update. No surprise charges.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If MenuPi is not right for you, email us and we will refund your first payment, no questions asked.
